It helps eligible innovators get a structured valuation of their IP or technology through NRDC.

  • A company registered in Tamil Nadu, or an inventor/researcher from an iTNT-associated institution
  • Possession of identifiable IP, a protectable innovation, or a technology suitable for valuation
  • Availability of supporting materials — patent filings, ownership records, technical documentation, market information, prototype/validation details, licensing status, or commercialization evidence (or otherwise sufficient documentation to enable a meaningful valuation).
  • Submit an Expression of Interest with the valuation request form/questionnaire and supporting documents
  • Eligibility screening by TNTTFC
  • Execution of a Letter of Undertaking (LoU) and confirmation of fees
  • TNTTFC's internal assessment of suitability
